We are sensitive to privacy issues and believe that it is important you know how we treat the information about you that we receive on our website or in any in persons testing or consultancy. WHEN DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

We will obtain personal information from you when you complete an online purchase, sign up to a membership package, workshop or request information pertaining to us, classes or our business, or if you are using social media and have liked or follow us on facebook, twitter and instagram*.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information from you in three separate ways:

Website: For purchases such as bookings, or signing up for products, services, workshops or events. Payments are not held by us, but passed through to Stripe for processing. We do not hold any financial information online. We collect browser information.

In person testing: Data, such as name, address, email, telephone, medical information pertinent to health for fitness , emergency contact information, training history and planning. Card payments are processed using Sum Up, and we do not hold any financial information.

HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?

We will use your personal information to provide you with the services, products or information that you have requested and for administration purposes.

Where separate consent is provided, we will use images, grading information or event information for marketing ( website, local press, online and social media).

We will not share your information with any external party for marketing or promotional purposes.

DO WE USE COOKIES (WEBSITE) ?

Our site cookies to ensure that you can interact with our web site successfully, and to identify when you visit our site. However, we do not have access to your computer. If you would rather not have our cookie stored then please refer to your browser instructions an privacy settings. However, disabling cookies may prevent you from using parts of our site.

HOW LONG DO WE HOLD YOUR INFORMATION ?

We hold your data whilst your an active member, and for a period of 4 years once you become an inactive member. We update member information annually in order to make sure data is up to date and relevant. After 4 years of inactivity all data pertaining to you the individual will be securely destroyed.

YOUR CONSENT

By proving us with with your personal data, including any sensitive information such as data on your health, you consent to the collection and use of this information provided in accordance with this privacy statement.

CHANGES

It is important to notify us of any changes in your personal information. Please contact us via email, telephone or by visiting us at the gym office to amend or update your details.

RIGHT OF ACCESS

You have the right to ask for a copy of all the information we hold in regard to you ( we may charge a nominal administration fee for this) and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
